MAUDE D. SCHWARZ
Maude D. Schwarz 87, died Saturday, April 28, 2007 at Azalealand Nursing Home. She was a native and lifelong resident of Savannah. Mrs. Schwarz was a longtime communicant of St. James Catholic Church and was retired from St. Joseph’s Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank H. Schwarz Jr.
Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-laws, William H. and Joyce H. Schwarz of Orlando, Florida, Frank H. and Phyllis Schwarz III of Hawthorne, Florida, her daughter, Joy S. Castillo of Savannah, her sister, Nancy DuBois Stubbs of Merritt Island, Florida, eight grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday, April 30, 2007 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel with a Vigil Service at 7 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at 11 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church with burial in Bonaventure Cemetery.
Remembrances to the Adoration Chapel Building Fund at St. James Catholic Church.
